Gogo Farm, which provides artificial intelligence (AI)-based solutions to replace the shortage of labor in rural areas and ensure convenience for farmers, currently has its product line of products such as ‘Robongi’, an automatic crop harvesting robot, and ‘Dabear’, a farm management and mowing robot. succeeded in developing.
Their Robongi functions to automatically harvest and manage crops through the fusion of AI with vision algorithm technology and autonomous driving technology suitable for the agricultural environment. After independently determining the location, size, and maturity of the crops, they are harvested using a robot arm, and the Gogo Farm AI Director developed by SN Solutions is used to collect and process data for artificial intelligence learning.
Based on this, SN Solutions is preparing to commercialize crops such as strawberries, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers in an indoor greenhouse environment.
An official from SN Solutions said, “Robongi is demonstrating artificial intelligence performance in a 600-pyeong greenhouse in Sangju Smart Farm Innovation Valley, and the harvest work will be verified in the second half of this year.” We are planning to upgrade, and through this, we plan to release robots for cultivating open-field orchards one after another in 2024,” he added.

He continued, “Gogo Farm’s agricultural robots will develop into a solution that automates the entire agricultural operation, from harvesting to farm management, processing and packaging of crops,” and added, “To realize this goal, we will communicate about the development of artificial intelligence technology at this year’s AFRO exhibition. “We plan to find a partner and partner, and seek advice from an investment company,” he added.
Meanwhile, at AFRO 2023, the largest Agtech & Foodtech event in Korea, domestic startups with global growth potential in Agtech, Foodtech, and Green Bio will exhibit products and services to solve various problems in the agriculture and food industries, Various programs such as conferences discussing the present and future of Agtech and Foodtech and investment briefings (IR competitions) are held.
