Starting with hosting online and offline cooking classes in 2019, Public Kitchen has approximately 4 members, and has diversified its services so that more than 120 culinary experts in each field can participate in cooking classes, recipe development, and video content production. I’m doing it. The Archivebit app service, newly launched in 2023, provides various cooking information, video cooking tips, nutritional information, and price information on food ingredients.
In particular, through the Archivebit app, you can also use the Cooking Box subscription service that delivers ingredients such as fresh agricultural and marine products to your home so you can cook conveniently. Cooking boxes have the advantage of minimizing packaging, maintaining freshness, and minimizing discarded ingredients compared to grocery shopping because they deliver raw ingredients with the skin of the ingredients in simple, small portions. The cooking box not only contains elements such as environment considering ESG, but also does not undergo factory processing, so it can directly connect local specialties or simplify the logistics stage.
A public kitchen official said, “If you want to buy ingredients and cook from an ordinary household, it is difficult to choose what to cook every day. You want to cook a variety of dishes, but do not know how to cook them, or even if you know them, you feel the inconvenience of purchasing unusual ingredients. “There was an inconvenience of having to store a lot of it or end up throwing it away,” he explained.
He continued, “Cooking Box solves the difficulty of making a choice by delivering two dishes (a total of four people) in one cooking box, generously serving two people each week based on a curated service. “We expand the scope of cooking by providing small portions of spices that can only be purchased once when cooking various dishes, and provide information to make cooking easier by using video recipes,” he added.

In addition, you can watch over 2,000 cooking videos (recipes, cooking tips) through the Archivet app, and learn a variety of dishes through simple recipes of around 2 minutes. Recipe information provides not only nutritional information for each dish, but also information that allows you to estimate how much food ingredients cost. Any questions you have can be answered through expert answers, and there is also a feature that allows users to upload and share photos of their dishes. Adding to the fun, a curation function is provided that allows you to find recipes according to various events such as seasonal ingredients, seasonal foods, guest invitations, and Christmas.
Additionally, through cooking classes taught by about 120 cooking experts with Public Kitchen, you can experience video recipes offline with the experts.
An official from Public Kitchen said, “The Archive Service plans to expand its scope not only to simple cooking recipes, but also to the development of regionally linked recipes based on various ingredients using local specialties, and the production of cooking contents and ingredient cooking boxes.” We plan to collaborate with large companies that own food ingredients so that users can choose from a variety of dishes through cooking boxes, and we also plan to provide a service that allows users to experience recipes from chefs at famous restaurants. “In the future, we will produce more than 5,000 video recipes and expand the service so that more information can be used together in the app,” he said of his business plan.
