
Danmi Food Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Chae-rim) will be holding the ‘7 Agri & Food Tech Start-up Rising Expo 26’ held at COEX Hall A in Seoul for three days from Wednesday, July 28th to Friday, July 3th. )’.
Danmi Foods is a company that has been introducing health foods branded with the ‘Multicolor Portion Cheese’ product line to the domestic market. We are strengthening our independent position by developing ‘Rainbow Cube MIX’, a so-called frozen cheese, and a portion cheese with a crispy texture by freeze-drying it. Beyond the manufacturing technology patent and trademark rights for the product, we have obtained ISO 22000 FDA certification and certification from Russia’s TRCU, etc. By obtaining approval, its excellence and safety have been secured.
In this exhibition, Danmi Foods presents a variety of its cheese products. The representative product, Rainbow Cube MIX, is introduced as a fruit cheese that can be stored frozen and consumed like ice cream, unlike general cheese that is usually kept refrigerated. In particular, it maintains its original shape even in a melted state, so it is suitable as a topping for salads, yogurt, and crackers, and can also be spread on bread to eat, giving it a variety of uses.
The freeze-dried cheese ‘Cheek Cheek’ presented together is a product developed to complement the problems of frozen cheese. This can also be consumed at room temperature, and it is packaged with fruit cheese snacks with a crunchy texture and freeze-dried fruit chips with a sweet and soft taste, allowing consumers to diversify their eating methods according to their preferences.

An official from Danmi Foods said, “As the only company in Korea that has commercialized multi-colored portion cheese, we are introducing high-quality products with manufacturing technology that equalizes the flavor and nutritional content of the cheese.” He added, “With this, we have grown since our establishment in 2019. “We have continued to do this, and we are actively investing in and conducting research and development to expand our product line, including developing new products in collaboration with Imsil Cheese.”
Meanwhile, at AFRO 2023, the largest Agtech & Foodtech event in Korea, domestic startups with global growth potential in Agtech, Foodtech, and Green Bio will exhibit products and services to solve various problems in the agriculture and food industries, Various programs such as conferences discussing the present and future of Agtech and Foodtech and investment briefings (IR competitions) are held. This exhibition is hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and supervised by the Korea Agricultural Technology Promotion Agency, NH Nonghyup, COEX, and the Korea Food Tech Council.
