Based on these technologies, he said, “We will apply the liquid biopsy technology, which has been mainly used for human disease screening so far, to companion animals as well, contributing to the happiness of companion animals and their families through early detection of diseases.” We will use non-invasive testing methods to enable testing without the need to visit a hospital, and will also relieve the burden of hospital costs on consumers. “In addition, as a convenient screening method using urine, we will actively utilize it for screening for urinary diseases and cancer,” he said.
