Mr. Milk Co., Ltd. (CEO Shin Se-ho) will hold the ‘7 Agri & Food Tech Start-up Rising Expo 26’ held at COEX Hall A in Seoul for three days from Wednesday, July 28th to Friday, July 3th. )’.
Mr. Milk is a domestic dairy product and dairy product manufacturer established in 2014. The company explained that it started its business with home delivery of organic milk at the beginning of its establishment, and is now progressively challenging various fields such as fresh food and service businesses through continuous business expansion.
In particular, last year, the company secured its own dairy products production system, and these processes are equipped with facilities from the Italian company ‘PRIAMO FOOD THCHNOLOGIES’, which is recognized globally for its excellence in the dairy industry. Based on this, Mr. Milk is expanding its product line through continuous research and development and testing of premium dairy products and fresh foods.
At this exhibition, Mr. Milk will set up a promotional booth and showcase 10 types of ‘Jeju Seongisidol Ranch’ brand products encompassing its dairy products. As the brand name suggests, Mr. Milk’s dairy products use raw milk from cows raised on pasture all year round in the clean area of Jeju Island as raw material, and they feed organic Mokpo to actively improve quality from the raw material stage.
As a result, Mr. Milk’s products, which use trend and premium as keywords for the brand, consist of a wide lineup of cheese, ice cream, yogurt, and various desserts that reproduce traditional European methods, and have received a good response from consumers with a strong need for high-quality dairy products. Meanwhile, at AFRO 2023, the largest Agtech & Foodtech event in Korea, domestic startups with global growth potential in Agtech, Foodtech, and Green Bio will exhibit products and services to solve various problems in the agriculture and food industries, Various programs such as conferences discussing the present and future of Agtech and Foodtech and investment briefings (IR competitions) are held. This exhibition is hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and supervised by the Korea Agricultural Technology Promotion Agency, NH Nonghyup, COEX, and the Korea Food Tech Council.
