Sake brewing tiger participated in the ‘7 Agri & Food Tech Start-up Rising Expo 26’ held at COEX Hall A in Seoul for three days from July 28 (Wed) to 3 (Fri), Debt liquor ‘SEASON’ was introduced.
Sake Brewing Tiger is a brewery located in Namyangju, pursuing dry ‘Mead’. We want to make alcohol that can be easily paired with food, so you can enjoy it anytime, anywhere.
‘SEASON’, introduced in this exhibition, is characterized by being made by fermenting honey, like ‘Bongmilju’, which is said to have been drunk by noblemen in the past when they caught a cold. Mead, a popular alcoholic beverage, is well known in Europe, where honey is abundant, but honey is rare in Korea, so there are few opportunities to make it.
In the case of ‘SEASON’, the scent of honey is left in the liquor and the taste is dry so that it can be enjoyed neatly with various foods.
In addition, ‘AUTUM SEASON’ and ‘CHERRY BLOSSON’ were also composed in addition to ‘SEASON’, which tastes like wild flower honey, focusing on the fact that the taste of honey is different because the flowers that bloom in each season are different. I did too.
Meanwhile, at AFRO 2023, the largest Agtech & Foodtech event in Korea, domestic startups with global growth potential in Agtech, Foodtech, and Green Bio will exhibit products and services to solve various problems in the agriculture and food industries, Various programs such as conferences discussing the present and future of Agtech and Foodtech and investment briefings (IR competitions) are held. This exhibition is hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and supervised by the Korea Agricultural Technology Promotion Agency, NH Nonghyup, COEX, and the Korea Food Tech Council.
