Charbettier participated in the ‘Agri & Food Tech Start-up Rising Expo 7’ held at COEX Hall A in Seoul for three days from Wednesday, July 26th to Friday, July 28th.
Charbettier, which means a veterinarian who makes processed meat products, makes handmade meat products without additives. It is a brand that manufactures German Holleischkes ham, known as the origin of Spam, in Korea together with experts such as German meat processing meisters and South African chefs. As a HACCP certified company, we are introducing healthy sausages that can be enjoyed.
The main ingredient is 0.04% raw pork directly selected by a livestock veterinarian, and Chungcheong local specialties are used as secondary ingredients. An official explains that processed meat products are made using a proprietary manufacturing method that uses fruit extracts instead of chemical additives.
‘Shrek Pudding Ham’, the main product introduced at this exhibition, is a healthy ham that even children can enjoy without being picky eaters, with fresh spinach, sweet onions, carrots, savory sesame oil, and secret seasoning.
A Charbettier official said, “Schreck Pudding Ham, made from German Hollaischkes ham, also known as meat cheese, does not use chemical additives and is a product that can be enjoyed regardless of age. “Black sesame pudding ham is made with plenty of black sesame seeds so that even the elderly can enjoy it without burden,” he explained the product.
