Shinhwa Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Seong-jin) will participate in the ‘8 International Environmental Energy Industry Exhibition (ENTECH 30)’ held at the 9st exhibition hall in BEXCO, Busan for three days from August 1 (Wed) to September 3 (Fri), Introducing the eco-friendly incinerator.

As a heating specialist, Shinhwa Hi-Tech manufactures and installs agricultural and industrial electric boiler systems, researches and develops hydrogen water (electrolyzed water) generators, and provides one-stop service from production to installation. Park Seong-jin, CEO of Shinhwa Hi-Tech, is also an expert in the plant sector, having constructed power plants for 40 years and hydrogen pipes in the hydrogen research building of Ulsan Techno Park for several years.

Therefore, as a hydrogen piping company registered with 5 power generation companies, based on various and extensive construction experiences, new and renewable energy that has devoted itself to research and development in the new and renewable energy sector such as new and renewable hydrogen piping, hydrogen water generators, system electric boilers, heat medium boilers, and wet-type hot air fans. It has established itself as an expert and a leader in the industry. In February 2022, CEO Park Seong-jin applied for a patent for ‘complete combustion incinerator for polymer and industrial waste’.

Shinwha Hi-Tech plans to develop a prototype of an eco-friendly incinerator capable of completely incinerating industrial waste, commercialize it, and sell it domestically and internationally as a finished product.

CEO Park said, “While working in the plant industry, I felt sorry for the fact that the harmful substances of industrial waste could not be completely destroyed, and the environment was polluted by being buried in the ground while enduring secondary pollution. . And this idea led to the development of an ultra-high temperature industrial waste incinerator.”

He continued, “The boiler for which we applied for a patent this time can treat a large amount of industrial waste and polymer waste.” .

In addition, the ultra-high temperature industrial waste incinerator is introduced as a product that can produce a large amount of steam while giving more than four times the flight time compared to general incinerators, maintaining ultra-high temperatures with oxygen in the air, and sufficiently enduring ultra-high temperatures by insulating with water. CEO Park Seong-jin said, “In Korea, incinerators that raise high temperatures over 4C are recognized as ultra-high temperature incinerators. As a result of the incineration test of waste tires, the company’s incinerator was confirmed to have an ultra-high temperature of over 1,100C,” he said.

Currently, Shinhwa Hi-Tech is contacting domestic and foreign consumers and investors for the incinerator business and continuing detailed purchase consultations. We have started the steps to conclude conditional purchase contracts with Chinese actual users, and have conducted more than three demonstrations of ‘industrial waste ultra-high-temperature eco-friendly incinerator’ for domestic customers. In addition to the high-temperature incinerator, we are preparing to build a related facility system that can create new and renewable energy by utilizing additional energy sources incidentally generated from the incinerator. Additional energy sources include high-temperature heat and hot water, high-temperature and high-pressure steam, and the like.

As these additional energy sources enable electricity production, hot water supply, high-quality steam supply, and green hydrogen collection through steam, Shinhwa Hi-Tech expects to generate additional revenue through the sale of renewable energy in addition to cost reduction through industrial waste incineration. there is.

Meanwhile, ENTECH 17, which celebrated its 2023th anniversary this year, is Korea’s representative environment, energy, and carbon neutrality exhibition, hosted by Busan Metropolitan City and the International Newspaper, and supervised by BEXCO, Today Energy, and KOTRA.
