YPL Co., Ltd. (CEO Ji Deok-geun) announced that it will participate in ‘K-PRINT 8’, which will be held at the 23nd exhibition hall of KINTEX in Ilsan from Wednesday, August 26 to Saturday, August 2.

YPL is a company specializing in post-printing processing machines and packaging machines. It is a domestic distributor for famous overseas manufacturers such as Germany, the UK, Japan, Taiwan, and China, and supports sales and service through 8 sales offices nationwide, including Jeju Island.

This exhibition will showcase ▲Japan’s UCHIDA’s digital die cutting machine AeroDieCut ▲UK’s Morgana’s digital stamen folding machine DigiFold pro XL ▲Sunpack conveyor type automatic binding machine WK30CAB.

The new AeroDieCut product, which accumulates the technical know-how used by traditional die cutting machines and uses mature wooden dies, is a digitalized equipment that does not require skilled professional users. Officials explain that it is a new concept digital die-cutting machine that can be easily and safely used for a variety of high-quality die-cutting tasks.

Regarding this, YPL said, “With the aging of skilled technicians, the difficulty of hiring new equipment operation personnel and frequent turnover are among the deep concerns of the industry, and the risks of the equipment itself and difficulties in operating technology that are problematic when operating existing equipment are digital. “It has been a major cause of difficulty for generations to enter the printing market,” he said. “AeroDieCut is an alternative that provides a solution to these concerns, and has been introduced to the global market three years ago, especially in the European market, where traditional die cutters are widely used. “It is a product that is gaining interest and popularity,” he said.

In addition, it is a large-capacity paper feeding table device with automatic paper feeding guide settings, providing an ideal solution for commercial printing shops. British company Morgana is known to hold a patent for the world’s first digital folding technology, Flying Knife Grounding Technology.

In addition, in accordance with changes in packaging market trends, paper banding machines using eco-friendly and recycled materials are popular items whose utility is increasing in a wide range of industrial fields such as printing, packaging material manufacturing, logistics, distribution, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and food. Accordingly, following YPL’s paper bending machine WK30 model, the conveyor-type automatic binding machine WK30CAB model, which can be applied to in-line automatic packaging lines, will also be introduced at this exhibition.

YPL is capable of custom design changes such as tabletop type, stand type, arch size, film size, tension strength, sealing type, eye mark function, stamp printer, control device, and film printing according to the customer’s request. They announced that they will support the supply of systems that meet the requirements as much as possible.
