Woori Technology participated in the ‘8 International Environmental Energy Industry Exhibition (ENTECH 30)’ held at the 9st exhibition hall in BEXCO, Busan for three days from August 1 (Wed) to September 3 (Fri).
At this exhibition, Woori Technology introduced an ultrasonic defense water level gauge. EIP (Echo Image Processing) technology was applied to the water level gauge to measure the water level by analyzing and judging only the necessary Echo among various types of Echo information received when measuring the water level in a narrow or complex space with many internal structures such as pipes. It is possible to extract set frequency with digital frequency filter and collect 100 Echo data for 4,000ms.
In addition, condensation/freezing prevention round shape technology was applied, and a wireless communication module was installed to enable setting and monitoring through Bluetooth. This is a function that takes into account situations in which emergency situations occur or management is difficult, such as in islands and mountainous areas. Detailed measurement management functions include a digital multimeter function, an oscilloscope function, a recording function, and a temperature sensor.
An official from Woori Technology said, “It is possible to measure vertically and horizontally even in a narrow space, and the water level can be monitored using Bluetooth and LTE communication with the IoT convergence function. It is possible to provide technical support by looking at the screen when setting on site,” he said. “As a green technology product, it has been designated as an excellent product by the Public Procurement Service.”
Meanwhile, ENTECH 17, which celebrated its 2023th anniversary this year, is Korea’s representative environment, energy, and carbon neutrality exhibition, hosted by Busan Metropolitan City and the International Newspaper, and supervised by BEXCO, Today Energy, and KOTRA.
