Aquacell (CEO Kim Kyung-hee) participated in the ‘8 International Environment and Energy Industry Exhibition (ENTECH 30)’ held at BEXCO Exhibition Hall 9 in Busan for three days from Wednesday, August 1 to Friday, September 3.
Aquacell, established in 2004, is a company specializing in the development of eco-friendly technologies that reduce air and water pollution. It is a leader in the environmental industry and is an environmental mechanical equipment specialist that received the Million Dollar Export Tower Award in 2018, and also has a separate corporate research center.
We hold ISO9001, 145001, 45001 and more than 30 domestic (Korean) patents, including water quality environment specialized construction business, atmospheric ventilation specialized construction business, and mechanical equipment construction business. In particular, at this exhibition, we are introducing an eco-friendly product using water electrolysis technology called ‘Using Salt Water’. ‘Electrolysis cleaning deodorizer’ and ‘scale removal device’ were introduced.
‘Aquacell electrolytic chemical cleaning deodorizer’ is an eco-friendly deodorizer that, unlike existing chemical cleaning deodorizers, electrolyzes salt water without injecting additional chemicals to oxidize and decompose bad odors, hydrogen sulfide, and ammonia into harmless gases before discharging them.
Since it does not handle toxic chemicals directly, it solves safety problems caused by storage, damage, and water leaks, and does not require a separate tank to store chemicals, making maintenance convenient. In addition, the advantage was that hypochlorous acid (HOCl), sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), hypochlorite ion (OCl-), and OH radical (°OH) were simultaneously generated through electrolysis, thereby maximizing deodorization efficiency.
An Aquacell official said, “Aquacell Media, which has a large specific surface area and high durability, has high microscopic adhesion and is economical with a low wear rate, can be used in the deodorization process to increase odor treatment efficiency and miniaturize the device.”
