Sejong System Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Min-jeong) announced that it participated in the ‘7 Korea International Safety & Health Show (KISS 3)’ held at KINTEX in Goyang from Monday, July 6 to Thursday, July 2023.
Sejong System was established in 2013 and began its business by supplying forklift safety solutions to domestic and overseas industries in cooperation with Hyundai Motor Company. Including this, the company is introducing a variety of systems that build a safe working environment for workers at industrial sites. Through this, the company not only reduces the incidence of industrial accidents, but also realizes work efficiency and excellent cost-effectiveness through system configuration and combination optimized for each site. Here’s the explanation.
At this exhibition, Sejong System presented a variety of its industrial site safety solutions. The main business being developed and supplied is a system that prevents collisions between workers and heavy equipment such as forklifts. It recognizes people behind the heavy equipment and assists the worker’s blind spot with sensors and cameras that track their movements. When heavy equipment is closer to the operator than the designated distance and a collision is expected, a braking device linked to it functions immediately to prevent the possibility of a collision.
The safety light system introduced along with this is a product line that ensures safety for workers while walking. It consists of so-called ‘Sayflash’ type lights that are illuminated on the floor and walls of the site to intuitively indicate danger in complex pedestrian passageways, or line light LEDs that indicate traffic lines.

Regarding this, a Sejong System official said, “Our light system has an illumination performance of 800 to 1,000 Lux to ensure high visibility even in environments with different illumination levels in each workplace. At the same time, he emphasized, “It emits clear light even at 14 to 15 m, which is the typical irradiation distance from a crane, and the maximum light reach is 100 m based on 50 lux.”
Sejong System, which has secured a lineup that demonstrates such high performance and efficiency, plans to continue to strive to improve customer satisfaction with a system that responds to various customer needs. An official said, “Customers’ needs to build an optimal work environment vary greatly. “We plan to meet customers in person at this exhibition to closely understand what they need and reflect it in future product development,” he said.
He continued, “In particular, we plan to participate in LogiMAT, an internal logistics exhibition held in Stuttgart, Germany next year to expand contacts with customers in the logistics industry where there is high demand for our system and to advance into the global market.” He added, “Products that reflect our unique technology. “We expect that we will be able to demonstrate competitiveness overseas as well,” he added.
