IMLab Co., Ltd. (CEO Yeram Kwon) announced that it participated in the ‘7 Korea International Safety & Health Show (KISS 3)’ held at KINTEX in Goyang from Monday, July 6 to Thursday, July 2023.
IAMLab is a healthcare specialized company established by research personnel from KAIST, including CEO Ye-Ram Kwon. Through its independent research and development capabilities, it established a goal and vision to supply products and solutions to save human lives, and as its first step, it attracted attention by introducing a Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training system.
At this exhibition, IAMLab also exhibited a CPR training system with a diverse lineup. These products share the purpose of enabling CPR training for individuals and large numbers of people at a more reasonable cost, thereby enabling everyone to save people’s lives within the golden time.
The product ‘cprcube’, which has increased public accessibility in its most simplified form, is, as its name suggests, similar in shape and size to a cubic cube, and is a tool that helps train chest compressions, the most important step in CPR. The urethane compression foam with a red finish has a rigidity similar to that of the human chest, and when it is compressed vertically, the infrared detection sensor built into the device recognizes whether or not there is compression.
Real-time feedback on the depth, speed, and relaxation of compression can be confirmed through the LED light and notification sound at the bottom of the device, and for the Pro model that supports connection to a mobile device via Bluetooth, related data is also provided through a dedicated application. It supports real-time feedback as well as data storage and management, evaluation and authentication.

In addition, I.M.Lab also introduced the ‘CPR add-on KIT’, a sensor kit that can convert a typical dummy mannequin into a CPR feedback mannequin, and ‘CPR station’, a stand-alone CPR self-learning kiosk, and ‘CPR class’, a group education service, in real time. The remote education service ‘CPR remote’ was also introduced and demonstrated.
An official from iMLab said, “While we are actively receiving inquiries about our training services through our CPR training content from domestic corporate customers, we are also receiving a good response from India, which is experiencing an accelerating pace of development among developing countries.” He added, “Following this, we are seeing positive responses from countries in Southeast Asia and South America. “As the value of life is spreading rapidly, we are also looking positively at the possibility of advancing into this region.”
He continued, “The greatest value pursued by IAMLab is to re-ignite the dying candle of life,” adding, “Until now, the focus of this vision has been on CPR, but we plan to provide a wider range of healthcare solutions in the future.” “We are working hard to invest and improve our capabilities,” he added.
