Moil Co., Ltd. (CEO Bae Tae-wan) introduced sports lighting ‘Light Pro’ at the ‘6 International Optical Convergence O21O Expo (LED&OLED EXPO)’ held at KINTEX in Goyang for three days from Wednesday, June 23st to Friday, June 3rd.
Moil is a company specializing in sports lighting, landscape lighting, inspection equipment lighting, and special lighting, and is especially introducing its own brand ‘Light Pro’ for the premium LED lighting market.
It is based on fin-type high-output heat dissipation and sealing technology capable of waterproofing and dustproofing up to 1M underwater, and through this, it has received numerous awards at home and abroad for its innovative technology and design, including a commendation from the Minister of SMEs and Startups, an award from the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy, and a silver medal at the German International Invention Competition. Among them, the sports lighting presented under the ‘Light Pro’ brand meets IP68 (waterproof and dustproof) and supports high light intensity from 150 to 1200W. In particular, in the case of the heat sink, it is the first to introduce its own patented individual plate method rather than the existing casting type plate, maximizing the heat dissipation effect and significantly reducing the weight.
Through this, the problems of performance degradation and lifespan reduction due to heat generation due to the characteristics of LED lighting have been improved, and it supports 115LM/W, which exceeds the 135LM/W standard for LED floodlights.
A Moil official explained, “We are participating in ESG management by dramatically reducing the amount of materials used, reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions, and focusing on production methods that utilize 100% domestic materials and technology.”
In addition, a new outdoor line lighting was also introduced, and the official explained that waterproofing performance and transparency were improved by applying a new concept ‘compression method’ to eliminate air bubbles and damage to PVC during production using the existing ‘molding method’.
