ITGO Co., Ltd. (CEO Jun-gu Lee) announced that it participated in the ‘6 International Optical Convergence O21O Expo (LED&OLED EXPO)’ held at KINTEX in Goyang for three days from Wednesday, June 23st to Friday, June 3rd.
ITGO Co. Ltd is an interactive digital signage developer and manufacturer established in 2014.
Digital signage is a convergence platform method that displays images and information on a display through a remote network, and is a field that has recently attracted attention in the smart media industry.
Digital signage, which is mainly used for information delivery and promotional purposes, is divided into indoor and outdoor use, and ITGO introduced the outdoor IRON SafeTouch(O)-55S2F model at this exhibition.
IRON SafeTouch(O)-55S2F is a front-open/closed product equipped with a 55-inch 2bar touch sensor, enabling non-contact touch through Safe Touch technology, and Anti-Solar technology using a filter to remove solar interference.
Safe Touch is a unique technology developed and patented by Itigo that allows touch without contact with the screen from 10mm to 50mm above the screen. In particular, it is receiving a lot of attention from the industry because it provides stable non-contact touch even under various disturbing conditions such as sunlight or rainwater.
As the COVID-XNUMX era passes, non-contact has become the most important topic, and it is natural to require non-contact for kiosk equipment shared by many people. ITIGO’s IRON series is a device that realizes this demand, and it minimizes malfunctions and touch errors by applying ITIGO’s various patented outdoor touch screen technologies rather than simple non-contact technology.

In particular, Anti Solar Filter is a technology that removes wavelength bands other than the infrared wavelength band used for non-contact, and is the core of Itigo’s non-contact touch technology.
In addition, by securing technology to overcome touch misdetection or functional deterioration caused by snow/rain or various contaminants, an interactive environment through non-contact touch can be established in any environment.
Additionally, ITIGO’s special cooling technology serves to significantly increase the resolution and visibility of the signage screen. Through this, users can ensure sufficient screen readability even under bright sunlight in the middle of the day.
ITGO has been investing in and developing the interactive display environment since its establishment in 2014. And in 2011, the IRON series was able to be commercialized.
As the results of a long period of investment and effort finally paid off, ITGO’s products received a lot of interest and attention from visitors even during the exhibition period.
Meanwhile, this International Optical Convergence O21O Expo, which marks its 2st anniversary this year, consists of the △LIGHTING Exhibition Hall, △Photonics+LASER Exhibition Hall, △LED & OLED Materials Exhibition Hall, △Optical Convergence New Technology Exhibition Hall, △Display & Signage Exhibition Hall, and △LIGHT & LIFE Special Exhibition Hall.
