
Daekwang F&G participated in the ‘5 Seoul International Food Industry Exhibition (SEOUL FOOD 30)’ held at KINTEX in Goyang for 6 days from Tuesday, May 2 to Friday, June 4.
At this exhibition, Daekwang F&G introduced Pogi Kimchi, made by putting various seasonings between cabbage pieces. Daegwang F&G explains that it uses 100% Korean agricultural products to bring out the taste of rich seasoning and fresh ingredients.
In addition, flavored kimchi is kimchi made by cutting cabbage into appropriate sizes and mixing it with various seasonings, and Daegwang F&G also presented a variety of kimchi such as radish radish kimchi, bachelor kimchi, aged kimchi, and stone pakji.
An official from Daegwang F&G emphasized, “Our kimchi is rich and full of domestic cabbage and radish, and it fills your mouth with umami.” He added, “It’s a taste made by my mother, who has good taste, with the honest heart that my family eats it.”
Daekwang F&G received the grand prize at the Kimchi Competition hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of Korea in 2013 and 2014.
