Prestige Biologics Co., Ltd. (CEO Hyun Deok-hoon) will participate in ‘BIO KOREA 5 (Bio Korea 10)’, which will be held at COEX in Seoul for 12 days from Wednesday, May 3th to Friday, 2023th, and will participate in its Actively promoted CDMO services.
In particular, this exhibition is expected to be used as an opportunity to meet many potential customers and realize full-scale sales beyond the threshold of orders for the CDMO main business. In addition, as interest continues in recently awarded consignment testing or CPO (consignment packaging) contracts, related consultations will be conducted for various domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies attending the exhibition.
The booth introduces cutting-edge manufacturing facilities and technologies that can achieve cost competitiveness, which is one of the core aspects of the CDMO business. The technology is a systematic management system utilizing proprietary technology and big data, starting with the ‘Single Use System’, which reduces cross-contamination and reduces costs, and the ‘Alita Smart Biofactory’, which enables rapid process conversion.
An official from Prestige Biologics said, “At this exhibition, the company will share examples of digital transformation that has been carried out across the company in human resources, finance, logistics, production, and materials since 2020, as well as engineering innovation plans such as process improvement using AI and machine learning. “We also plan to discuss providing customized solutions for efficient development and maximization of productivity to pharmaceutical companies that need professional CDMO services, focusing on antibody drugs, recombinant proteins, and viral vectors.”
He continued, “We plan to strengthen our domestic and overseas networks as we have 4 plants and a production capacity of 15 liters,” and added, “The ‘European Biomanufacturing Summit’ to be held in Berlin, Germany this month and the ‘BIO USA’ to be held in Boston, USA next month. “As we are about to participate, we will raise our global awareness through this,” he expressed his ambition.
