Clean & Science (CEO Kwak Gyu-beom) participated in the ‘4 World IT Show (WIS 19)’ held at COEX in Seoul from Wednesday, April 21 to Friday, April 2023.
Clean & Science is a company that has specialized in developing and manufacturing filter paper filters since its establishment in 1973. The company explains that it has four business sites and one research center in Korea and overseas, and has achieved stable growth in the filter paper business and filter division based on rational management and accumulated technology. In addition, it is known that the company is expanding new business areas such as masks and consulting along with new technologies.
At this exhibition, Clean & Science introduced its consulting services for organizations, including ‘PLSnote’. Their consulting service consists of six areas: ▲Strategy Map ▲KPI Map ▲OKR Map ▲Issue Map ▲Team Map ▲Meeting Map, enabling optimal selection according to each organization’s performance management method.
In addition, organizational diagnosis through professional consultants and customized training for each company that induces change within the organization are possible. Among them, the IT solution PLSnote includes ‘Plan (setting achievement goals)’, ‘Do (executing goals)’, and ‘Check’. It is characterized by having a ‘PDCA’ cycle consisting of processes such as ‘and coaching’ and ‘act (improvement and correction)’.
Through this, companies and organizations are aware of the present and develop capabilities for development, and Clean & Science is a method of supporting customers’ gradual change and development through continuous response and service.
