Futuremain Co., Ltd. (CEO Seon-Hwi Lee) participated in the ‘2023 World IT Show (WIS 2023)’ held at COEX in Seoul from Wednesday, April 19th to Friday, April 21st.

Futuremain is a company that develops and provides a system that diagnoses, predicts, and notifies problems in plant equipment and the potential for problems.

Thanks to having checked the health management of various factory facilities for 36 years, we have accumulated a vast amount of big data that other companies do not have, and this serves as a strength that sets the solutions provided by Futuremain apart.

Recently, as the demand for the safety of facilities and personnel has been emphasized, many companies are entering the facility diagnosis business, but since most rely only on deep learning, Big Data-based Futuremain technology still has an unrivaled status.

In recognition of this status and contribution, Futuremain received the ‘Minister of Science and ICT Award’ at the ‘2023 Korea ImpaCT-ech Grand Prize’ held during the exhibition period.

Futuremain’s technological prowess is recognized not only domestically but also overseas. Recently, Saudi Arabia’s Saudi Aramco (Arabian-American Oil Company) proposed a technology agreement and discussions are being finalized, and a technology agreement is also being prepared with Germany’s Bosch Rexroth.

Futuremain’s facility diagnosis system uses ExRBM AR technology combined with artificial intelligence, which is an innovative predictive maintenance platform equipped with smart AR technology.

Not only can the status of the facility be checked immediately in the control room through the sensor attached to the facility, but the current status of the facility can be checked through AR equipment when workers are deployed to the site, and the level of risk can be known, allowing access to the facility in case of emergency. It informs you in advance of its presence or absence.

Futuremain CEO Lee Seon-hwi said, “We are currently making various preparations and attempts to expand overseas. Futuremain’s ultimate goal is to accumulate recipe data from the manufacturing stage and fuse this with facility diagnosis data to create a total management system.” He said.

Meanwhile, the ‘World IT Show’, a one-stop platform for digital transformation, is a representative exhibition leading the next-generation high-tech industry.
