H3R Co., Ltd. (CEO Song Chae-yoon) announced that it will participate in the ’31 Seoul Mobility Show’ held for a total of 4 days at KINTEX from March 9 to April 10.

HXNUMXR is a future mobility powertrain engineering platform startup that creates electric propulsion systems and energy storage systems and applies them to urban air traffic and personal mobility. The energy storage system is manufactured in the order of improving the power density of motors and ESCs, securing battery safety, and recognizing the importance of thermal management, and has entered the e-mobility and AAM parts markets based on battery know-how.

In this exhibition, AAM and e-mobility products will be exhibited. The electric propulsion system in the AAM field applies a motor and ESC system with improved power density, a high-safety redundant propulsion system that is more than redundant in consideration of redundancy, an environment-resistant design considering IP, and manned drones through standardization and modularization. It has secured the possibility of application to various future air mobility (AAM).

The energy storage system is a battery system with improved energy density. EPS was designed in consideration of explosion and fire prevention, and it is a high-output battery system that can supply sufficient power to aircraft. In addition, considering redundancy, a battery system with triple redundancy or more is applied, and even if a battery fire occurs due to the inclusion of three or more battery modules, time is secured by fire delay and safe landing is possible using the remaining battery modules.

In the field of e-mobility, personal vehicles are released by continuously improving design and performance to meet customer needs. Although it is a mobility that can be boarded by various consumers, it has secured a space where dogs and children can ride together by focusing on e-mobility for the mobility vulnerable class who are accompanied by dogs and children, or who are not good at driving or riding, and who are not good at recognizing direction and space.

By applying a high-output, high-discharge battery, the usable capacity compared to the total battery capacity was maximized, and as a result, a long driving distance was secured with a small battery capacity. A safe battery is applied to prevent battery fire and ignition, and based on a safe battery, fast charging is supported at an electric vehicle charging station.

An HXNUMXR official said, “The part we put the most attention on is battery safety. This is because battery durability has become an important factor in determining quality as a series of battery explosions and fires have recently occurred. In particular, the high-safety battery safety system, which uses our own technology to prevent heat transfer, minimizes battery ignition and explosion under any unusual circumstances.”

In the event of ignition of a battery on a unit cell basis, a heat transfer prevention material is applied between cells to prevent continuous ignition from occurring to adjacent unit cells, thereby preventing the fire from spreading to the entire fire to prevent secondary ignition.

“We are developing domestic sales through an online smart store, and after confirming the launch of a pop-up store, we are also actively developing offline sales. Through this exhibition, we want to further raise awareness of the company and introduce new products to discover new potential customers.” We plan to expand and increase our domestic mobility charging platform market share by more than 20%.”

Meanwhile, the 2023 Seoul Mobility Show will be held on the theme of ‘Sustainable Connected Mobility (Sustainable and Intelligent Mobility Revolution)’ at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1 in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, starting with Press Day on March 3 (Thursday) and ending on April 30 ( days) to be held. The total exhibition size is 4㎡, more than twice as large as the previous event (9㎡), and more than 53,541 companies and institutions from 26,310 countries around the world will participate to showcase various mobility contents.
