Korea Testing Certification (KTC) announced that it will participate in the ‘3 Seoul Mobility Show’, which will be held at KINTEX for a total of 31 days from March 4 to April 9.

KTC is an internationally recognized testing and certification organization that serves as a business partner for companies with the goal of creating a safe and reliable society and mutual growth. The organization explains that it protects the safety of the public through testing and certification for product quality and safety, and contributes to improving corporate technology through quality certification and factory system guidance.

At this exhibition, KTC plans to introduce test and certification items in various fields related to the electric vehicle industry and actively promote corporate support plans, especially for motors, batteries, and electric vehicle chargers.

KTC is currently providing performance evaluation and reliability testing necessary for the design and development stage of electric vehicle and electronic motors, industrial robot motors, as well as generators for small wind power plants. In addition, we support battery manufacturers’ product development and exports to develop the industry by performing testing and certification in all areas from small IT devices to medium-to-large batteries (EV, ESS) and conducting requested tests for objective verification of products developed by government R&D projects. is contributing to

Furthermore, as an internationally recognized testing laboratory (IECEE CBTL) for all areas of electric vehicle chargers and the only UL Solutions-designated testing laboratory in Korea, we can quickly obtain overseas certification required for domestic companies to export to major countries around the world, including North America, Europe, and Asia, through KTC test reports. We provide support for convenient acquisition. In addition, it provides comprehensive corporate support, including providing information on changes in technical standards to manufacturers and providing one-stop safety certification and type approval essential for domestic sales.

A KTC official said, “Electric vehicles are the most representative products that reflect the digital, green, and convergence transformation era of the industry,” and added, “This organization has core test and evaluation capabilities for current and future technologies in the electric vehicle field, and is responsible for providing guidance to related manufacturing companies. “We decided to participate in the 2023 Seoul Mobility Show to support the acquisition of domestic and international certifications,” he said.
