    The ‘3 Seoul Mobility Show’, Korea’s largest mobility industry exhibition held at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 31 in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do from Friday, March 4st to Sunday, April 9th, ended successfully.

    This year’s exhibition was attended by 2021 companies and institutions from 60 countries around the world, an increase of approximately 12% compared to 163, and the exhibition size more than doubled. There was significant growth in quantitative terms, with the cumulative number of visitors over a total of 2 days more than doubling to 51 (provisional figure).

    Kang Nam-hoon, chairman of the Seoul Mobility Show organizing committee and president of the Korea Automobile Industry Association, said, “Our country’s mobility industry is still in desperate need of fostering and support, and the Seoul Mobility Show is no different. As the convergence of the mobility industry deepens, related exhibitions are also expected to grow, so the next exhibition can be reborn as a global mobility show that can show the diversity of future mobility by expanding the exhibition items and fields, including participating companies and institutions, products and technologies. “I will try my best to do so,” he said.

    At this Seoul Mobility Show, 12 auto brands, including ▲Kia ▲Renault Korea Motors ▲Mercedes-Benz ▲Mini ▲BMW ▲Alpha Motor ▲Genesis ▲Chabot Motors (Ineos) ▲KG Mobility ▲Tesla ▲Porsche ▲Hyundai Motors, participated to represent the world.     Following the 2021 Seoul Mobility Show, this year too, a wealth of side events were prepared for technological innovation in the mobility industry.

    First, the Seoul Mobility Awards, now in its 2nd year, expanded its participation to three categories: mobility-related ▲hardware ▲software ▲tech.
