It developed a cognitive computerization program for stroke and dementia patients, and delivered it to about 2,000 public health centers and 200 hospitals nationwide, including large hospitals.
KOTRAS’ product lineup consists of a program lineup that can evaluate patients’ cognitive and physical abilities and even treat them, and various participation is possible through individual and group activities.
‘R-BoT Plus’, a standing-up rehabilitation robot introduced by KOTRAS at this exhibition, helps to rebuild muscles and restore joint motion for patients with central nervous system damage. The lower limb exercise can be continued while the patient is lying down or standing upright.
In addition, users can exercise while receiving 3D-based visual feedback. With a BLDC motor and a touch screen that can control it, customized treatment such as speed, stride length, and incline is possible according to the user’s condition.

CEO Kim Hak-byung said, “R-BoT Plus is a device used for rehabilitation before starting gait training and maintenance of the initial standing posture such as muscle reconstruction and joint motion recovery. “Our products are currently being exported to Hong Kong, and we are planning to export them to Taiwan, Peru, and Europe, and are promoting CE certification.”
