Huca System, established in February 2019, introduced ‘HUCA-Go’ and ‘GTR-N’ at this exhibition. To date, Huka System has launched gait rehabilitation systems ‘GTR-A’, ‘GTR-P’, and ‘GTR-PL’, and all of these products have received US FDA approval. In particular, GTR-A has the distinction of being able to rehabilitate the upper and lower limbs together.
HUCA-Go is a level 3 walking rehabilitation robot that helps rehabilitate patients in the acute phase from the early stage after medical treatment for brain disease, and is equipped with functions such as upper and lower limb complex rehabilitation, automatic walking, and walking assistance. Cutting-edge technology was also applied to detect the patient’s balance ability during gait rehabilitation treatment and automatically adjust gait factors.
Additionally, GTR-N is a first-class medical device that provides aerobic exercise and functional walking training to chronic patients. Based on a patented mechanism, it also has a manual walking function so that patients can exercise on their own. The patient’s rehabilitation level can be adjusted through protocols in automatic mode, semi-automatic mode, and manual mode.
Kim Jeong-jun, director of Huka System, said, “Prototype products are scheduled to be delivered to the Vietnamese market this year, and we are also planning to enter Russia, Japan, and China.” He added, “Currently released products have completed approval and registration with the U.S. FDA, and are preparing for entry into the European market. “CE certification is also in progress.”
