4S Mapper (CEO Lee Seung-ho) announced that it will participate in the ‘2 Drone Show Korea 23’ held at BEXCO, Busan from February 25 (Thu) to 2023 (Sat).
4S Mapper is a GeoAI company specializing in spatial information-based data processing and artificial intelligence-based data analysis. In particular, it has advantages in automatic and distributed processing of large amounts of data.
In this exhibition, FIXAR and SHARE products are introduced. FIXAR’s VTOL aircraft can be equipped with various RTK-based sensors and can fly for a long time. It recently completed a test flight at an altitude of 6 meters. As a product applicable to automatic flight and various fields, demonstration and test flights were completed during the ‘Commercial UAB’ exhibition held in Las Vegas, USA in September 2022 for the introduction of the aircraft.

A 4S Mapper official said, “DJI aircraft are used in many industries in Korea, but it is difficult to find 3rd part products developed and compatible with Paylod SDK in Korea. In the case of SHARE, it is a company that signed an agreement at InterGeo 10 in Germany last October, and has products that are perfectly compatible with DJI aircraft.”
4S Mapper has conducted a joint project for road traffic algorithms in collaboration with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL) and KAIST in 2022, and participated in CES 1 held in Las Vegas, USA in January. In addition, it plans to participate in a booth at Geo Connect (Drones Asia 2023) to be held in Singapore in March, aiming to continuously promote new overseas businesses.
In response, an official said, “We are currently exhibiting products and solutions related to drones, but we will provide large volumes of satellite/air data, distributed processing, data acquisition using various sensors, and customized solutions for each field.”
