Hyowon Powertech Co., Ltd. participated in the ‘Drone Show Korea 2’ held at BEXCO, Busan from February 23rd (Thursday) to 25th (Sat).
Hyowon Powertech researches and develops performance-enhancing and energy-saving power electronic control devices for EVs for eco-friendly industrial applications.
The research team’s professional capabilities are applied to high-performance EV systems, and the company specializes in developing EV battery simulators (EV power supplies), EV inverters, and control algorithms. From concept design to production, we can provide a variety of solutions that meet customer needs.
This exhibition introduced aerospace inverters for EVs. This is a 150kw-class SiC inverter for motor control for electric propulsion aircraft and EVs. High-efficiency SiC MOSFET & drive technology and motor control algorithm are optimized with a 9.5kg ultra-light design. As suitability evaluation is in progress, it is possible to apply a heat sink to improve heat dissipation performance.
With support from the Ministry of Science and ICT, we developed multiplex drive technology for high-output electric drive devices tailored to mobility needs.
