Rainbow Lab Co., Ltd. participated in the ‘2 Drone Show Korea 23’ held at BEXCO, Busan from February 25 (Thu) to 2023 (Sat).
The Rainbow Research Institute is an abbreviation of ‘Infinite Creative Knowledge Development Research Institute’, and it is a company that presents technological solutions for the future mankind by gathering young humanistic researchers and developers. It provides a brain computer platform that goes into autonomous unmanned vehicles such as drones and robots and software that can remotely control and operate unmanned vehicles equipped with the Arion platform.
In this exhibition, drones and terrestrial robots equipped with brain computer platforms were introduced. When using a communication network such as LTE or 5G, an unmanned mobile vehicle equipped with a brain computer platform and a control platform can directly control the drone even in the non-visual area beyond the visible area.
The Arion platform is designed to realize non-visual remote control and monitoring through Arion GCS equipped with Arion IMC, and to search big data of Arion UMV on mission through Arion HUB.

Kim Yong-deok, CEO of the Rainbow Research Institute, said, “We participate in the Drone Show Korea every year. He thinks that the need for the software business will increase in the drone business in the future as the degree of perfection of drone manufacturers increases.”
He continued, “I think what customers want is to meet various service fields through drones, not just drones flying in the sky. In the future, the software industry and platform of the Rainbow Lab will be able to provide more diverse services.”
