Factive Korea Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Jin-sook) will participate in ‘KOPLAS 3 (14th International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition)’ held at KINTEX in Ilsan for 18 days from Tuesday, March 5th to Saturday, March 2023th. He said he would.

Factive Korea is a company that has been importing and supplying various industrial equipment from leading global brands since its establishment in 2008. We have been conducting technology briefings and seminars for many years regarding technological advancement in the extrusion field and slot die coating, electrostatic, and web cleaning processes. The company explains that this has contributed to the development of the domestic industry.

In this exhibition, Fative Korea will exhibit ▲co-extrusion feedblocks and dies from Cloeren ▲energy-saving heaters from Rex Materials Group ▲gear pumps and screen changers from PSI-Polymer Systems ▲AK ( American Kuhne’s extrusion system, ENERCON’s surface treatment machine, MeSys’ non-radiation thickness gauge, and Union-Tool’s coated bar and UC rod will be introduced.

Among these, Rex Material’s energy-saving heater is characterized by its patented RapidFire barrel heater system, which replaces the existing band heater with an insulating radiant heating material built into a high-temperature insulation material. This increases the efficiency of heat conduction to the melt and minimizes heat loss to the surroundings, resulting in an average of 40% reduction in energy costs when heating the barrel. Depending on energy costs, the return on investment can be recovered within 18 to 24 months.

AK’s extruder from the U.S. is also considered Factive Korea’s representative product. This is a system that improves process quality with a customized system for various extrusion applications. AK’s custom screws include high-performance barrier screws for all extrusion applications to diversify screw types, maximize output, and improve melt homogeneity and mixing quality. It also has effects such as optimizing pressure and temperature and improving appearance.

Japanese Union Tool’s coating bar UCfhemsms is a key component that solves problems such as lines, patterns, and rainbow phenomena that occur in other coating methods such as micro gravure coating and slot die coating. Although the technical principles are similar to Meyer bar coating, the problems of Meyer bar coating are dramatically improved by fundamentally changing the wire bar structure and shape, which have a decisive influence on coating quality and performance.

On the other hand, KOPLAS, which celebrates its 2023th anniversary in 27, provides a variety of attractions from raw materials for plastics to molds, processing machines, related auxiliary devices, automation solutions, printing, packaging, semi-finished products, and finished products, and presents the present and future of related industries. It provides a ‘place for the plastic rubber-related industry’. As it is held at the same time as the Korea Material·Composite Material and Equipment Exhibition (K-Mtech) and the International Mold and Related Equipment Exhibition (INTERMOLD KOREA), you can meet various products in one place.
