    U.S. Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm of the Biden administration will attend ‘CES 2023’ held in Las Vegas, USA for a total of 1 days from January 5 (Thursday) to January 8 (Sunday), 4 (local time). At 2023:1 p.m. on Friday, January 6, the Biden administration will deliver a keynote speech on ways to improve accessibility and utilize future energy efficiency improvement technologies.

    This year’s CES is also expected to have 15 U.S. federal lawmakers participating, which is expected to record the largest number of U.S. lawmakers participating in CES history.

    Separately, Nevada State Representative Stephen Horsford will visit the CES exhibition hall with a delegation consisting of 11 members of the Congressional Black Caucus, a group of black lawmakers in the U.S. Congress, including himself.

    Many key executives of the Biden administration are also expected to attend. Rebecca Kelly Slaughter, Chairwoman of the U.S. Federal Fair Trade Commission (FTC), will hold a ‘Conversation with the Chairperson’ session with Commissioners Nathan Symington and Jeffrey Stocks on Saturday, January 1th at 7:9 am.

    Jen Easterly, Administrator of the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA), will hold a session on cybersecurity preparedness at 1 a.m. on Thursday, January 5. U.S. Department of Commerce Director Alan Davidson is scheduled to give a keynote speech on January 10 at 5:1 p.m., discussing the future of 7G communications and efforts to expand broadband accessibility.

    Gary Shapiro, CEO and Chairman of the Consumers Association of America (CTA), the organizer of CES, said, “We welcome many American government officials to CES 2023. “Through our interactions with them, we expect to find answers on how the government and the high-tech industry can cooperate to achieve the continued prosperity of technological innovation in the United States.”
