Textway (CEO Seungmin Yoo) participated in the Future Innovation Tech Expo 2024 (FIX 2024), held at EXCO from October 23 to 26, to showcase its innovative knowledge management solution, TaggingBox.

Founded in 2022 in Daegu and expanding with a Seoul branch in 2023, Textway was established by CEO Seungmin Yoo, a Kyungpook National University graduate, along with COO Jangseop Kim and CRO Eunhyeong Lee. The company focuses on helping teams and individuals systematically manage and reuse data with its flagship product, TaggingBox.

TaggingBox automatically classifies user-generated data, stores it efficiently, and maximizes reusability with a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)- based search function. Through successful proof-of-concept (PoC) trials, this technology has been validated across diverse B2B markets, including government agencies, financial institutions, and media organizations. The company highlights TaggingBox as an efficient and user-customized data management solution for B2C and B2B markets.

At FIX 2024, Textway emphasized the need for effective data management solutions across various industries while demonstrating TaggingBox’s core features and real-world applications. The solution’s automatic tagging and RAG-based search capabilities have proven successful in the law, media, and finance sectors. The booth showcased PoC case studies, allowing businesses to experience the innovation firsthand.

TaggingBox enables efficient management and reuse of team- and user-generated data. Its standout feature is its ability to analyze user tagging patterns and recommend the most suitable tags, ensuring precise and personalized data classification.

The system’s RAG technology delivers fact-based, accurate search results and facilitates seamless access to systematically organized data, significantly boosting work efficiency.

A Textway representative stated, “In October 2024, we achieved several milestones in Singapore’s startup ecosystem. Notably, we partnered with TicTag to jointly advance large language model (LLM)-based projects. This collaboration provides an excellent opportunity to expand Textway’s technologies in the global market. Additionally, we are actively preparing for international market entry through various PoC projects and partnerships.”

TaggingBox is positioned as a transformative tool for industries looking to optimize data management and foster innovation globally.
