Hanlim CE Corp. (CEO Tae-hoon Lee) participated in the Future Innovation Tech Expo 2024 (FIX 2024), held at EXCO from October 23 to 26, to present its innovative safety management solution, SACON.
Hanlim CE specializes in developing and manufacturing smart safety equipment and monitoring systems. It is comprised of engineers from the construction and IT fields. The company aims to foster a collaborative construction environment by providing advanced safety technologies tailored to small—and medium-sized construction sites. Hanlim CE develops smart safety devices capable of instantly detecting and alerting safety risks, enabling proactive safety management that reflects the specific needs of construction sites.
The company has supplied smart safety equipment to over 400 civil engineering projects, including land development and highways, and around 320 construction sites, such as public housing developments and industrial facilities. Leveraging its domestic references, Hanlim CE plans to expand into overseas markets.
Hanlim CE’s smart safety equipment is built on IoT-based technology. It integrates wireless communication and sensors to disseminate safety alerts to workers directly and facilitates safety management for various risk factors.
The company’s mobile AI CCTV combines wireless video communication and data analytics through Intelligent Video Surveillance (IVS) technology. Analyzing videos for potential threats enables worker safety monitoring and managerial oversight.
Its integrated safety control system also allows remote safety information management from IoT devices and mobile AI CCTV units. Managers can monitor real-time safety data and analyze accumulated data for strategic use.
At FIX 2024, Hanlim CE showcased SACON, a smart safety solution with AIoT capabilities. SACON integrates sensor devices to enable safety management tailored to specific accident types. It also provides data storage and analysis features for sites without system usage, helping to prevent accidents such as falls and collapses. The system is designed for ease of use and functionality, catering to small- and medium-scale sites without requiring separate monitoring. Additionally, SACON can be paired with the company’s fastening safety solutions for enhanced efficiency.
FIX 2024 featured specialized exhibitions, conferences, and business programs focusing on mobility, robotics, AI, and startups. The Daegu International Future Auto & Mobility Expo 2024 at EXCO’s East Wing showcased trends in UAM, autonomous driving, batteries, components, and services. Meanwhile, the 2024 ICT Convergence Expo Korea, held in the West Wing, exhibited AI, big data, blockchain, ICT, and metaverse technologies. The 2024 Daegu Robot Expo displayed industrial robots, humanoid robots, and digital transformation solutions for the robotics industry. The “Startup Arena” was introduced to facilitate meetings between startups and experts from startup accelerators like Samsung C-Lab and Plug and Play.
