InnotionTech participated in the “2024 Future Innovation tech eXpo (FIX 2024)” held from October 23 to October 26 at Daegu EXCO. Specializing in high-performance plasma coating technology for improved durability and performance, InnotionTech provides comprehensive coating systems, materials, and services tailored for products and components in future-focused industries.

At FIX 2024, InnotionTech presented its “High-Performance Plasma Surface Treatment Technology,” which includes advanced hybrid coating systems, high-functionality coating materials, and optimized coating processes. Their applications span future automotive and sensor sectors (motors, gear assemblies, sensors), essential display components (slides, molds, jigs, flexible substrates), battery manufacturing equipment (rollers, slitters), and cosmetics-bio fields (implants, packaging, molds).

The technology reduces manufacturing defects and minimizes arcing in secondary battery components. It also enhances rolling roll durability, achieving over three times the durability of traditional HCr plating. This increases electrode density and reduces manufacturing costs due to improved consumable durability.
