Doojin (CEO Yang Gyu Kwak) participated in H2 MEET 2024, held from September 25 to 27 at KINTEX, Goyang.
Since its founding in 1994, Doojin has specialized in developing, importing, and selling piping systems designed for high-pressure gases and liquefied fuels. The company gained recognition in the industry by being the first in Korea to localize cryogenic vacuum containers and vacuum-insulated piping while also expanding its product line to include ultra-low temperature application systems.
At the exhibition, Doojin introduced its cryogenic vacuum piping products. These specialized systems transport liquefied gases, such as LH2, LN2, LNG, LO2, and LHe, ensuring that the ultra-cold liquids maintain their temperatures while providing safe and efficient flow.
The high functionality of these systems comes from their double-piping design, where an inner pipe carrying the liquefied gas is surrounded by an outer “jacket” pipe. A vacuum is created between the two layers to prevent heat from penetrating the inner pipe, minimizing temperature rise and gas evaporation losses.
Doojin’s cryogenic vacuum-insulated piping and other products have been used in Korean hydrogen liquefaction plants and related facilities thanks to these advanced features. The company continues to expand its customer base and demonstrate consistent growth.
A representative from Doojin stated, “We are recognized for our quality competitiveness, delivering superior products and services with fast lead times and responsive customer support. Additionally, by partnering with renowned international manufacturers, such as the U.S.-based Chart Industries, we cater to a wide range of customer needs and contribute to the growth and advancement of the liquefied gas industry.”
H2 MEET is a specialized hydrogen industry exhibition for Korean and international companies and institutions involved in hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and utilization. From this year, H2 MEET aims to become a professional event that will enhance participation from global hydrogen industry companies, generate tangible results, and contribute to understanding South Korea’s hydrogen economy ecosystem. Starting this year, it will be held in conjunction with H2WORLD and concurrently with the K-BATTERY SHOW 2024 and HARFKO (Heating Air Conditioning Refrigeration and Fluid Exhibition—Korea) 2024 at KINTEX 1.
