JH Brewing, located in Hanam, Gyeonggi-do, announced its participation in the 6th Korea International Beer Expo (KIBEX 2024) from April 11th to 13th at COEX in Seoul.
As a small-scale brewery, JH Brewing started as a one-person brewery out of a love for beer, particularly inspired by German beer’s deep history and tradition. They specialize in brewing various delicious beers, focusing on the motto “time is an ingredient,” emphasizing the importance of sufficient aging.
Their flagship product, ‘Ipchundaegil Lager,’ is a clean German-style lager with a citrusy fruit aroma from hops. They will showcase the beer that won the gold medal in the Hoppy Lager category at the 2023 Korea International Beer Awards (KIBA) and introduce two new beers submitted to KIBA 2024 for the first time at KIBEX. Additionally, they plan to enhance brand awareness by offering a set of six different beers.
JH Brewing has been recognized for its quality through awards such as the Asia Beer Championship in 2022 and 2023. It has also been actively engaged in promotional and sales activities through regular pop-up stores, beer festivals, and beverage events in Korea.
Their goal is to lead business expansion through improved domestic sales and growth alongside the Korean craft beer market through exports.
KIBEX 2024 is a comprehensive event covering this year’s beer trends and the brewing industry. This exhibition, which provides a crossroads of industry trends and global networking opportunities, offers a valuable platform for stakeholders in the beverage industry. Taking place simultaneously, DRINK SEOUL provides a convenient option to explore various beverage industries, including premium traditional liquors, wines, distilled spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, all in one place. KIBA (Korea International Beer Award) and KIBCON (Korea International Beer Conference) will also be held during the exhibition.
