This year at KIMES, individuals who have contributed to the development and export promotion of the medical device industry will be recognized, and an awards ceremony will be planned at the opening ceremony. Moreover, KIMES 2024 takes its first step towards becoming an ESG-compliant exhibition in collaboration with the city of Seoul, COEX, and Expo Forum. Following the “Seoul Global Exhibition ESG Operation Cooperation Agreement” signed with the city of Seoul last October, the exhibition aims to establish sustainable event goals and operate ESG programs, including ESG campaign participation, digital guidebook distribution, reuse/recycling of construction materials, eco-friendly souvenir materials, and collaboration with local communities.
Furthermore, this year’s exhibition introduces new features for visitor convenience, including the official KIMES application. Through the application, visitors can access exhibition information, participate in seminars, and receive personalized information services and location guidance based on position tracking.
The exhibition will be open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (until 5:00 PM on Sundays) to facilitate the smooth visit of medical professionals. Admission is 20,000 won. Pre-registration on the KIMES website can provide free or discounted benefits, depending on the registration period.
