‘Flex Co., Ltd. (CEO Soon-il Yoon)’, a mental care startup based on emotional data, announced on the 9th that it is providing professional solutions to solve parents’ childcare concerns.
Flax is an edutech venture company that operates ‘Kids Diary’, an AI character education service for infants and toddlers. In order to understand the parenting concerns faced by parents recently, we analyzed search word statistics on our blog from March to April.
It was revealed that the search rate related to ‘Children’s Adaptation’ was high in the new semester, and the number of views was twice as high as that of other topics. Among all search terms, the proportion of ▲friendship ▲class time ▲meal time increased by about 8.4% from 22.1% last month to 30.5% in March when the new semester began, and ▲anxiety disorder was newly introduced at 5.5%.
The largest influx of guardians occurs between 9 and 10 a.m. after going to school and 9 and 10 p.m. after work for the day, accounting for more than 50% of the average of about 90 visits per day. Additionally, it can be seen that women in their 30s and 40s are inflowing the most, followed by people in their 60s or older.
To resolve parents’ concerns, Flax provides solutions from professional psychological researchers on its blog so that they can be used in conjunction with the Kids Diary app. In response to this, one guardian responded, “I am receiving a lot of help in relieving my child’s anxiety through solution posts on the blog and the one-on-one messaging function within the Kids Diary app.”
