CSO Nai Kim built his career in the financial sector, including Hyundai Card, Korea Investment & Securities, and JP Morgan, and has since led individual career growth from a macroscopic perspective by analyzing the latest industry and corporate trends. She has consulted on a 1:1 basis with the careers of a total of 4,000 office workers in various fields, including large corporations, foreign companies, startups, and professionals. Gaji Lab is developing a wellness curation algorithm that takes into account the context of daily life under the mission of ‘enable you to live a healthy day like yourself’. It is an algorithm that matches wellness resources and content based on the wellness framework that analyzes factors affecting health along the three axes of ‘me, environment, and knowledge.’ In particular, from an environmental perspective, we are conducting an in-depth analysis of the impact of work environment and career on the health of modern people.
