Neople Co., Ltd. will begin recruiting trainees for its recruitment-related talent training program ‘2022 Neople Jeju Academy’ on the 14th.

‘Neople Jeju Academy’ is an employment-linked education program operated jointly by Neople, Jeju Provincial Office, and Jeju Techno Park with the goal of securing excellent talent with practical skills and creating local jobs.

This year, we will provide basic and advanced training in two courses, focusing on the game graphics field: ▲UI/UX ▲2D effects. In particular, a working designer from Dungeon & Fighter, which has a global fandom, will directly participate as an instructor and impart know-how based on a practical, systematic curriculum.

Applications will be accepted through Neople’s official blog from the 14th to December 2nd, and anyone interested in the game graphics field can apply without restrictions on education, age, or region. Trainees selected after document review will receive free training at the training center within Neople’s headquarters for three months from the end of December.

Students who complete the training can also receive employment opportunities. After completing the academy, those with excellent grades will be given the opportunity to become interns or full-time employees at Neople without any restrictions. In fact, more than half of the students who participated in ‘Neople Jeju Academy’ over the past three years participated in internships.

In addition, various benefits are provided considering the convenience of trainees. Trainees are provided with round-trip airfare to Jeju Island and accommodations to stay during the training period, and points are provided for lunch and dinner at the company restaurant and use of the cafeteria.

Jang Min-seok, head of the human resources team at Neople, said, “Neople Jeju Academy, which started in 2016, is a program with high satisfaction among trainees by providing practical, customized training in various fields every year.” He added, “We hope that it will be an opportunity for talented people interested in the game graphics field to develop their capabilities and grow to their heart’s content.” “I hope,” he said.
