In this boot camp, AhnLab provides ▲a training curriculum consisting of theory, problem solving, and field practice according to the engineer’s product line, such as EP (endpoint) and NW (network) solutions. ▲2 partner engineers, 1 AhnLab expert per 2 partner engineers during the training period: 1 Close Mentoring ▲We conducted a ‘close-to-site’ program to strengthen the customer support capabilities of partner company engineers, including ‘after-sales service’ that allows them to continue developing their capabilities even after the boot camp ends.
Jeong-gil Lee, an employee of Soft Icheon, an EP partner who participated in this boot camp, said, “When doing actual work, it is important to present optimal solutions to the various environments and situations that customer companies face, and in this boot camp, everything from theory to problem solving and field practice is essential. “It was good to be able to learn comprehensive knowledge and skills,” he said. “It feels more reassuring to be able to receive support even after the boot camp ends.”
Mi-Rim Eom, an employee at NW partner Irinotech, said, “I have been studying related solutions with a focus on theory, and my understanding of the solutions has further improved after receiving three weeks of on-site training.” She added, “In particular, I received detailed advice through close mentoring, which will help me prepare for the future.” “My confidence has grown that I can provide a higher level of customer support,” he said.
