    Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center and DB Insurance signed MOU to revitalize insurtech services

    Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as ‘Gyeonggi Innovation Center’) announced on the 3rd that it signed a business agreement with ‘DB Insurance (CEO Kim Jeong-nam)’ on April 30 to ‘vitalize insurtech services’.

    This agreement was concluded under the leadership of the Pangyo Startup Zone, operated by the Gyeonggi Innovation Center, and is part of a project to foster promising startups by establishing a comprehensive partnership that promotes open innovation to revitalize insurtech services.

    The two companies plan to implement programs for practical commercialization linkage, such as ▲exchanging information related to the insurtech industry and companies ▲discovering excellent insurtech companies and linking them to commercialization ▲providing advice to insurtech startups.

    In addition, the Gyeonggi Innovation Center plans to actively promote related support such as PoC and commercialization cooperation and connection to revitalize the insurtech business with DB Insurance.

    An official from DB Insurance said, “To revitalize insurtech services, organic communication and cooperation with startups in related industries are necessary,” and added, “We will continue to cooperate with the Gyeonggi Innovation Center to discover excellent startups that will lead the insurtech market.” “I will do it,” he said.
