■ Raesik Co., Ltd. signed an MOU with ‘Food Note Service Co., Ltd.’ and ‘Seoul Food Startup Center’ to revitalize the restaurant business
■ Expectation of business expansion through delivery service activation and startup sales channel support

‘Raesik Co., Ltd. (CEO Han-seong Kim), which operates the virtual kitchen platform ‘COOKSUP’, is working with ‘Food Note Service Co., Ltd. (CEO Byeong-tae Kang)’ and ‘Seoul Food Startup Center (Director Dong-gyun Kim)’ to revitalize the restaurant business. It was announced on the 18th that an agreement had been signed.

Rasik recently signed a business agreement with Food Note Service to revitalize its delivery service business. Food Note Service is a company that operates a service platform for simple sales, settlement, and profit and loss management for delivery stores.
Raesik and Food Note Service plan to collaborate to revitalize delivery services by utilizing the data owned by both companies, focusing on Cookxup, a kitchen operation service platform.
Raesik plans to analyze and determine Cooksup’s kitchen location using the data-based commercial analysis tool provided by Food Note Service, and Food Note Service will identify customer needs, including brands needed in the region, based on actual sales data provided by Cooksup. We plan to secure this data.
Also, last April, Rasik signed a mutual cooperation agreement with the Seoul Food Startup Center to support sales channels for startups incubating the center. Through Cooksup’s Cookfillment service, we plan to review the possibility of sales support and provide practical support to start-ups that have been incubating and graduating from the Seoul Food Startup Center. This agreement is expected to attract new brands in the restaurant market and create opportunities for shared growth.
