Pet healthcare service company ‘DDCares Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Sang-hyun)’ is conducting a voluntary recall as some defects were discovered in the strap that connects the leash to the ‘Fevo’ device among the ‘Dang Dog Run 2021’ souvenirs held this month. The day was revealed.
Didicares is a company located in the Pangyo Startup Zone, established by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and operated by the Korea Startup Agency and the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center. Develops and sells Korea’s first dog healthcare device, Febo. Through Febo, you can check your dog’s activity information, walking records, abnormal signs, etc.
The recall was carried out until the 16th through the Febo application. ‘NEW straps’ will be delivered to recall applicants free of charge at the end of May. The new strap is thicker and the connection between the device and the strap has been reinforced to ensure a firm fixation.
Sanghyun Kim, CEO of Didicares, said, “We deeply apologize to those who have experienced inconvenience due to the recent Febo strap issue, and we will continue to work to improve product quality and customer satisfaction and listen to customer opinions.”
Febo products consist of two devices, ‘Fevo’, a device, and ‘Fevogo’, which includes free subscription to liability insurance, and can be purchased through the Febo Store and the Febo App.
Meanwhile, Didicares recently opened its own mall on the Febo app and is selling a variety of products including dog food, nutritional supplements, and accessories.
