DDCares Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Sang-hyun), a pet healthcare service company, announced on the 12th that its ‘Pevo’ has surpassed 10,000 users for the first time in the domestic pet smart wearable industry.
Didicares Co., Ltd. is a company located in the Pangyo Startup Zone, established by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and operated by the Startup Promotion Agency and the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center.
The dog’s activity data received through Febo is a huge amount, equivalent to a total of 200 million minutes of accumulated activity time to date, or approximately 380 years. The received data is recognized in the related industry and will be used for various purposes.
Febo has partnered with pet-related companies to provide activity data. We have already signed an MOU with Konkuk University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation and Gachon University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, and are actively participating in technical support such as pet health management, wearable device research, and thesis data basis.
To celebrate exceeding 10,000 users in August, a ‘dog activity time proof shot event’ will be held on Febo’s official Instagram. It is targeting Febo device users, and winners selected through a drawing will receive various benefits such as Sonopet Resort gift certificates, Febo store points, and model photo opportunities.
Meanwhile, Febo is a smart wearable device called ‘Febo Fit’ that checks your pet’s activity and sleep information and signs of abnormalities, and a liability insurance package called ‘Pebo’ that provides coverage of up to 5 million won if your dog causes damage to another person’s body or pet. It consists of ‘reports’. It can be purchased at the company’s mall or Febo Smart Store, and the company’s mall sells a variety of products such as dog food, nutritional supplements, and accessories at special discount prices.
