    [Pangyo Tech] Hidden Scout, headhunting and competency evaluation seminar successfully concluded

    Hidden Scout (CEO Bang Hyeon-bae), a startup that provides headhunting platform services, successfully concluded a seminar on the topic of ‘Meeting search firms and competency evaluation in the Corona era’ at the Startup Zone, a corporate support hub located in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.

    Hidden Scout is currently a company located in the Pangyo Startup Zone, established by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and operated by the Startup Promotion Agency and the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center. By platformizing services related to headhunting, we provide related services to companies, headhunters, and job seekers to improve the efficiency of recruitment and job changes.

    Under the theme of ‘Encounter between Search Firms and Competency Assessment in the Corona Era’, Ilhan Ilhan, CEO of Smart AL Co., Ltd. and a professor at the Graduate School of Human Resources Development at Sookmyung Women’s University, conducted a seminar online and offline. The main topic of the seminar is the competency assessment method necessary for headhunters to find suitable job seekers.

    There are about 1,200 headhunters invited to this seminar, all of whom are active in Hidden Scouts. Hidden Scout CEO Bang Hyeon-bae said, “It is a great opportunity for active headhunters to check out professional talent evaluation methods,” and added, “We hope for a lot of participation from headhunters.”

    Meanwhile, Hidden Scout provides a headhunting platform that allows companies that are recruiting to receive talent recommendations from headhunters across the country at once.

    CEO Bang Hyun-bae said, “The recruitment market is transforming into a rolling recruitment format,” and added, “We plan to provide a variety of services to users related to rolling recruitment by activating the Hidden Scout service.”
