    Fucos (CEO Jeong Jae-hoon) will be attending the ‘7 Agri & Food Tech Start-up Rising Expo 26’ held at COEX Hall A in Seoul for three days from July 28 (Wed) to 3 (Fri). ‘ said he would participate.

It utilizes by-products generated from livestock products such as cows, pigs and chickens to manufacture various products through patented manufacturing technology, supply and sell them to food companies, commerce franchises and consumers. there is.

In addition, Fucos added that compared to last year, when general store delivery was the main focus, this year, it is diversifying its sales channels with leading food companies and entering the niche market of livestock by-product manufacturing, receiving many delivery inquiries and orders.

    In this exhibition, various products using non-mainstream livestock by-products will be introduced. First, it will introduce a product that allows you to enjoy yakiniku, a Japanese grilled dish using beef tongue, at home at a reasonable price. This is a B2C product that has improved the problems of high price and low accessibility.

    Protein sausages made using non-mainstream pig livestock by-products such as liver and lungs will be introduced as a product with a variety of nutrients without losing protein compared to common chicken breast sausages.

    An official from Fucos said, “We have been manufacturing and selling mainstream livestock by-products such as gopchang, daechang, and makchang as the main products, and we have heard the grievances of various slaughterhouses and farmers. In the case of unpopular non-mainstream livestock by-products such as cow heads and legs, they continue to accumulate in the freezer, and most of them are discarded, causing serious problems in environmental pollution.” I took on the challenge of producing products, and I expect to be able to satisfy the expectations of livestock farmers, businesses, and consumers.”

    He continued, “We want to create a sustainable domestic livestock by-products market by launching new products introduced this time in earnest from next year and introducing various livestock by-products products while building a perfect portfolio of mainstream livestock by-products.” We are planning to expand the market.
