    Bokyung Farm Tech, located in Gyeongsan, Gyeongsangbuk-do, is an agricultural corporation based on garlic and onion farming. It provides healthy food by developing agricultural machinery, including underground crop harvesters, and processing agricultural products grown directly.     In this exhibition, ‘Jeon Soo-yeon Fermented Red Pepper Paste’ will be presented. This is a red pepper paste made from home-grown onions, fermented onion liquid that has been aged and fermented for more than a year, and domestically produced red pepper powder through contract farming. It is a food that can be enjoyed healthily by people of all ages as it is made with fermented onion liquid as a base and has a mild taste that is less spicy than existing red pepper paste.

    Currently, Bokyung Farm Tech products are sold both online and offline, and as of 2021, sales were approximately 5,091 million won online and 1,400 million won offline. In addition, we are making efforts to promote various promotional activities and promote exports through offline activities such as participation in domestic and international fairs.

In addition, we have applied for a trademark for the brand Jeon Soo-yeon Gochujang and are gradually expanding our online sales,” he said. “We have developed a tteokbokki sauce to expand the market for a more universal product, and we plan to promote it to general consumers by making it a meal kit.” .” he said.
