Established by experts in agricultural product distribution, frozen fruit import, and agricultural production, Ians Food Global started with frozen fruit subdivision (OEM, ODM) and is currently conducting cost reduction through efficient production as well as logistics agency. In this exhibition, 7 types of fair trade fruit juices released by Ians Food Global’s brand ‘For You’ will be introduced. The Fruit Office of the Milk Processing Basin developed a mirror to preserve the texture, flavor and juice of fruit and applied it to the product. Another advantage is that it is manufactured using fruits purchased directly from the company, and is rich in minerals and vitamins due to the use of fair trade organic sugar.
Above all, it is characterized by the fact that it is manufactured in a stick type in pursuit of simplicity to suit the current consumption pattern. An official explained that while it was introduced as a 1kg general-purpose fruit syrup product, it was developed in a stick form to reflect the needs of dual-income and single-person households who prefer convenience foods and meal kit products.
Stick-type fruit syrup can be enjoyed as a latte or ade by adding it to milk or carbonated water, and can also be used in a variety of ways, such as as a salad topping or jam.
An official from Ian’s Food Global said, “By using organic sugar purchased through fair trade, our For You Fruit Juice pays fair prices and fair trade incentives to producers in developing countries. Meanwhile, at AFRO 2023, the largest Agtech & Foodtech event in Korea, domestic startups with global growth potential in Agtech, Foodtech, and Green Bio will exhibit products and services to solve various problems in the agriculture and food industries, Various programs such as conferences discussing the present and future of Agtech and Foodtech and investment briefings (IR competitions) are held. This exhibition is hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and supervised by the Korea Agricultural Technology Promotion Agency, NH Nonghyup, COEX, and the Korea Food Tech Council.
