    Sweet Ralance, established in 2015, is a food tech startup that has developed and manufactured ‘RTE (Ready to Eat)’ salad convenience food that combines taste and nutrients using domestic agricultural products.     In fact, these companies are strengthening their quality capabilities every year by passing due diligence from large distributors such as Samsung Welstory, Our Home, CJ Freshway, Pulmuone, Coupang PB, Market Curly, and E-Mart on a monthly basis. In addition, based on high productivity, we are supplying our products to the domestic market at competitive prices, and have achieved a delivery rate of 99.97% despite rapid climate change and supply and demand difficulties.

    At this exhibition, Sweet Balance will present its entire lineup of RTE salads, which guarantee excellent quality and freshness. These products, which have maintained partnerships with top domestic distributors and food service channels since 2020 and have driven excellent sales performance, were previously selected for the Excellence Award at the ‘2 Samsung Welstory Food Festa Awards’, Korea’s only B2023B food and beverage expo held by Samsung Welstory. did.

    In addition, the official emphasized that the company will continue its efforts to create business with business-to-consumer (B2C) customer data through its own mall and aim to become Korea’s “leading salad manufacturer.” To this end, we are planning to build pre-processing in-house, smart farms, farm collaboration, and smart factories with the goal of vertical integration of manufacturing capabilities in the future.
