Wooyeon Han Co., Ltd. (CEO Yongseong Woo) will be holding the ‘7 Agri & Food Tech Start-up Rising Expo 26’ held at COEX Hall A in Seoul for 28 days from Wednesday, July 3th to Friday, July 2023th. He announced that he would participate in ‘.
Korean Wooyeon is a company that develops and services artificial intelligence smart ripening machines that can easily and conveniently transform low-grade Korean beef with low greenhouse gas emissions and grain consumption into personalized aged Korean beef even for ordinary people without special maturing technology. By developing a smart ripening ecosystem consisting of a smart ripening machine and a farm management system, we are working to improve difficult farm profits and overcome the global greenhouse gas problem and food crisis.
The ‘Artificial Intelligence Smart Ripening Machine’ to be introduced at this exhibition is a product that can create personalized aged Korean beef through big data AI-based consumer biometric index and MEB (Money, Environment, Baby) index analysis. In particular, it is characterized by being equipped with a function that can select and ripen good raw materials using AI-based aging success probability prediction technology.
An official from Wooyeon Han said, “Farmers are experiencing many difficulties due to increased production costs due to rising feed and grain prices. In addition, humanity’s food crisis continues to deepen due to the greenhouse gas problem of livestock farming and the consumption of grains to produce high-grade Korean beef,” he said. “To solve this problem, our company can turn low-grade Korean beef into highly marketable, personalized aged Korean beef.” “We researched and developed it to make it happen,” he explained.
Additionally, “We plan to develop a ‘smart ripening ecosystem’ starting with this product. “We will improve the greenhouse gas problem and food crisis through a smart farm management system that can check market price information and sell low-grade Korean beef at any time, and a smart ripening warehouse that can be operated with a butcher robot,” he said. ‘, we will also provide a system that allows customized ripening for each country in the import and export trade between Australia, North America, and the European continent,” he said, revealing his future plans.
