
Heung Manso, an agricultural corporation, participated in the ‘7 Agri & Food Tech Start-up Rising Expo 26’ held at COEX Hall A in Seoul for three days from July 28 (Wed) to 3 (Fri). Participated.
In this exhibition, Icheon Rice Cream Bread with chewy rice grains was introduced. It is a flour- and gluten-free product using only Icheon rice. It is characterized by living rice grains in the amount of about 1/5 of the rice bowl.
A person in charge of Heungmanso explained, “The bread made by the daughter-in-law after returning home from farming is good for the body because no sugar is added, and it is soft like porridge, so even babies like it.”
“The rice cream bread that gives you a mouth-watering texture through Icheon Alchanmi is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside,” he said. We want to grow into a leading rice processing company.”
Meanwhile, at AFRO 2023, the largest Agtech & Foodtech event in Korea, domestic startups with global growth potential in Agtech, Foodtech, and Green Bio will exhibit products and services to solve various problems in the agriculture and food industries, Various programs such as conferences discussing the present and future of Agtech and Foodtech and investment briefings (IR competitions) are held. This exhibition is hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and supervised by the Korea Agricultural Technology Promotion Agency, NH Nonghyup, COEX, and the Korea Food Tech Council.
